Bigg Boss 19: Farrhana Bhatt’s family takes legal action against Amaal Mallik’s family

Farrhana, who is now competing in Bigg Boss Season 19, is well-known for her performances in acting and as a national-level taekwondo competitor.

After Roshan Garry Bhinder, Amaal Mallik's aunt, made objective comments, Farrhana Bhatt's family filed a lawsuit against her.

The family demanded a public apology and Rs.1 crore in damages after Roshan called Farrhana a "terrorist" in a recent interview. The family posted a statement on social media expressing how upset they were by these remarks.

They emphasised in the statement how damaging Roshan's comments were and how they had communal overtones.

Farrhana, who is now competing in Bigg Boss Season 19, is well-known for her performances in acting and as a national-level taekwondo competitor. Instead of getting involved in public conflicts, her family has decided to take legal action.

According to the legal letter that Farrhana's family, they have demanded that the video must be taken down. Additionally, they have demanded Rs. 1 crore in damages and a public apology for the damage done to Farrhana's reputation and mental health.

The Maharashtra State Women's Commission and the National Commission of Women have both received copies of this notice.

In an interview with Fifafooz, Roshan Garry Bhinder compared Farrhana to a devil that chuckles after inflicting damage. Farrhana's family and friends expressed their anger about these remarks.

In a different interview, Roshan responded to claims that Salman Khan was biased in favour of Amaal Mallik because of their friendship. "Knowing someone beforehand does not imply favouritism," she explained. She claims that Amaal is successfully carrying out Bigg Boss' entertainment-focused function.
