The actress continued, “I've been working in this industry since almost 18 years and this is the most terrible experience of my life. I was supposed to attend the event on 2nd August in Delhi, a city I've always loved, and they have been so welcoming always.”

She further explained in the video that the organisers failed to provide the basic safety, hospitality and commitments that they had promised. Additionally, she claimed that the organisers changed the hotel without notice, leaving her in an unknown and shady place with no support from their team.

Sara elaborated, “The only arrangement was a car with a driver, which I found very unacceptable. When I refused to proceed, one of the organisers threatened my team members, saying, I was scared. I had to book my own return flight and take measures to protect myself and my team.”

She further slammed the organisers, accusing them of physical and mental harassment, adding, “And lastly, how mutual respect and comfort and safety should be the top priority for everyone. I apologise to the public who were expecting me at the event.”
Sara added, “I'm truly, truly sorry for that. My safety was at risk, and I had to prioritise that. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I'm speaking out to warn others in the industry.”

She concluded the video saying, “I'm sharing this because I want to protect my fellow artist friends and ensure that no one has to go through what I experienced. Thank you so much for listening.”

She captioned the video, “After doing so many events for so many years, for the first time this was the worst experience I’ve had. I do not want to name anyone, as this was the responsibility of the entire management which they failed to fulfill.”

Sara added, “I am just posting this video to warn my fellow artists and colleagues, to be aware and take necessary precautions. As it was even my fault that I fully trusted the event management’s words.” She concluded the caption, “As they say experiences are v important to learn."
