With SS Rajamouli's Baahubali movies, Prabhas became a household name and a pan-India sensation. The movies broke box office records and made him famous. Fans all around the country called him Baahubali instead of his own name because they were so excited.
The Tollywood superstar has been the face of big-budget movies like Saaho, Radhe Shyam, and Salaar since then.
Many people are asking if Prabhas will ever take a break from playing huge characters and play a regular guy on screen now that Nag Ashwin's sci-fi mythological epic Kalki 2898 AD is coming out this week.
In a previous interview, Prabhas said he wanted to play more realistic roles. He remarked, "I want to play a regular person, and that's exciting for me." "As an actor, you should be able to play any kind of part. You can still portray a normal person even if you do big parts one after the other.
He remembered that after making SS Rajamouli's Chatrapathi, he stopped making action movies. "I waited four years and then wrote a simple love story." There is no action in my upcoming movie. You could see some visual action, but it's really a love story.
Prabhas says that in real life he is quiet and reserved, even though he plays a larger-than-life hero on screen. "I'm not Baahubali in real life." I appreciate spending time with my family and close friends more than with other people. He said, "I'm not a party person; I'm socially awkward." Then he laughed and said, "I'm opening up now after so many interviews." I believe I'm getting better.

The five-year journey of Baahubali had a big effect on Prabhas's body and mind. Crew members say that he threw himself into the role completely, following a strict diet, going through intense training, and skipping most personal occasions. He even put off his wedding preparations to focus only on the movie.
He claims that this experience taught him how important it is to pace his career and keep a better work-life balance, which is something he has thought about when picking his recent projects.
