According to reports, both Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt are most likely to reprise their roles in the sequel as well.

It is then that Miranda has a face off with her former assistant Emily Blunt's character Emily Charlton, Emily is a senior executive at a luxury group.
Miranda needs revenue for ads, will Emily help out her ex boss will form the crux of the story.
The Devil Wears Prada's writer Aline Brosh McKenna is in talks to script the sequel as well.
Going by the plot, it is almost confirmed that Emily and Meryl will be onboard but there is no confirmation on whether Anne Hathaway aka Andrea Sachs will join the duo or not.
Anne's character was also the assistant of Miranda, but she chose to walk away from the fashion house to pursue her career in journalism.
The Devil Wears Prada movie was based on Lauren Weisberger's novel of the same name.
