Bollywood enthusiasts have a new reason to cheer as the talented Tabu becomes part of Akshay Kumar's eagerly awaited horror-comedy, Bhooth Bangla. Akshay shared the exciting news on social media, posting a picture with Paresh Rawal from the film’s set in Jaipur.

Tabu took to her Instagram and shared the exciting news by posting a picture that subtly hinted at her upcoming project, sparking curiosity among her fans.

Tabu who was last seen in Crew produced by Ektaa Kapoor also commented on the post saying, “Aaapka swaagat hai always an honour tabu mam.”

Filming for Bhooth Bangla kicked off last week in the culturally vibrant city of Jaipur. Directed by Priyadarshan, Bhooth Bangla is produced by Shobha Kapoor and Ektaa R Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms, along with Akshay Kumar's Cape of Good Films. Co-produced by Faara Sheikh and Vedant Baali, the film's story is penned by Akash A Kaushik, with the screenplay crafted by Rohan Shankar, Abilash Nair, and Priyadarshan. Dialogues are written by Rohan Shankar. Bhooth Bangla is scheduled for a theatrical release on April 2, 2026.
