Following the tragic terrorist attack in Pahalgam that shook the nation, the Indian Army’s retaliatory strike dubbed Operation Sindoor has garnered widespread support and emotional tributes from celebrities and citizens alike. From social media tributes to heartfelt quotes, the campaign has sparked patriotic fervor and a demand for justice.

Comedian Munawar Faruqui, known for his strong fan base and often politically nuanced views, took to social media and wrote, “Be-hadd zaruri jawab aur Insaaf woh auraton ke liye jinka sindoor mitaya gaya tha!! Most needed answer to Enemies of humanity: Jai Hind #OperationSindoor.” His words resonated with thousands online, especially women, tying the pain of widowed families to the symbolism of the operation’s name—Sindoor, traditionally representing marital longevity in Indian culture.

Actor Sidharth Malhotra, who famously portrayed an army officer in Shershaah, also extended his salute. Sharing the Indian Army’s official post, he declared, “ZERO TOLERANCE FOR TERRORISM. JAI HIND KI SENA,” along with the tricolour emoji—echoing the nation’s collective sentiment.

Suniel Shetty, another vocal supporter of India’s armed forces, kept it crisp but powerful: “Terror has no place. Zero Tolerance. Total Justice. #OperationSindoor.” His statement was widely circulated, with fans commending his consistent respect for the military.

Hina Khan, Vikrant Massey, and Rupali Ganguly also joined in. Hina Khan posted the Operation Sindoor graphic with a quiet yet powerful tricolour-themed visual. Vikrant Massey added a simple “Jai Hind”, while Rupali Ganguly penned, “Cheers to the heroes of #OperationSindoor. With courage and precision, our forces crushed terror hubs. India stands tall. Jai Hind!”

According to reports in Financial Express, the operation was far more than a military maneuver. It targeted over 60 terrorists across strategic zones in Muzaffarabad, Kotli, Rawalakot, Neelum Valley, Jhelum, and more. Many mid- and high-level commanders from Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammad were reportedly neutralized.

Rahul Vaidya, adding a spiritual touch, prayed, “May the all mighty protect our armed forces and bless them with success to destroy the terrorists. Jai Hind.”

As the campaign continues and tributes pour in, Operation Sindoor is not just seen as a tactical military operation but a symbolic answer for justice, strength, and national pride.
