Tom Holland returns as the web-slinger in his iconic red suit in Spider-Man: Brand New Day after five years. The makers have just dropped the new official trailer of the upcoming film.

Holland took to his Instagram and shared the first trailer of the film. The trailer was accompanied by the caption, “A brand new day starts now. I can’t wait to share this movie with you. Watch the official trailer for #SpidermanBrandNewDay - exclusive in theatres July 31st.”

Additionally, Brand New Day is a prelude to the eagerly awaited Avengers: Doomsday, which will be released in December. Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, who also directed Marvel's Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, the MCU Phase Six title marks Holland's last contracted stand-alone Spider-Man movie.

The official description: “Following Dr. Stephen Strange’s spell at the end of the film Spider-Man: No Way Home, the world has forgotten that Peter Parker exists. The film also stars Sadie Sink, Liza Colon-Zayas, Jon Bernthal, Mark Ruffalo and Michael Mando, among others.
