Shraddha Kapoor and her father, veteran actor Shakti Kapoor, have made a significant real estate investment by purchasing a lavish apartment in Mumbai for ₹6.24 crore.
As per property documents obtained from Zapkey, the luxurious residence is situated in the upscale Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower, a prime location known for its opulence and breathtaking views. The registration of the property was officially completed on January 13, 2025, marking another milestone for the Kapoor family.
The newly acquired apartment boasts a spacious carpet area of 1,042.73 sq. ft., complemented by two elegant balconies, offering a blend of luxury and comfort. With a per-square-foot rate of ₹59,875, the property underscores the exclusivity of its location in the prestigious Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower.
The seller, Glyder Buildcon Realtors Private Limited, facilitated the transaction, though neither Shraddha Kapoor nor the real estate developer has provided comments on the sale. This prime acquisition highlights the growing trend of Bollywood celebrities investing in high-end real estate.
The Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower, renowned for its breathtaking views of the Mahalaxmi Racecourse and the Arabian Sea, is a symbol of sophistication in Mumbai's luxury real estate landscape. Offering meticulously designed 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, the tower combines modern architecture with unparalleled amenities.
This prestigious development has emerged as a top choice among discerning buyers seeking an opulent lifestyle in the heart of the city. Its prime location, coupled with world-class facilities, makes it one of Mumbai's most coveted residential addresses.
Shraddha Kapoor, basking in the success of her recent blockbuster Stree 2, has made notable real estate moves over the past year. In 2024, she rented a luxurious apartment in Juhu for ₹6 lakh per month. Additionally, in October, she secured a sprawling 3,928.86 sq. ft. apartment, paying a hefty advance rent of ₹72 lakh for the entire year.
The year 2024 was phenomenal for Shraddha Kapoor, with Stree 2 surpassing Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan to become the highest-grossing Hindi film. However, it was later overtaken by Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule, which claimed the top spot.
On the professional front, Shraddha Kapoor is reportedly set to star in the next installment of the Dhoom franchise alongside Ranbir Kapoor, her co-star from the 2023 hit Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar.
