Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is gearing up for his next big release, Sikandar, scheduled to hit theaters on Eid 2025.
The film, directed by AR Murugadoss, has already generated significant excitement among fans. Alongside Salman, the star-studded cast includes Rashmika Mandanna, Sathyaraj, Prateik Babbar, and Kajal Aggarwal, making it one of the most anticipated films of the year.
In a recent update that has further fueled the buzz, Sharman Joshi, known for his performances in 3 Idiots and Golmaal, has joined the cast.
According to a report by Pinkvilla, Sharman will play a pivotal role alongside Salman. A source from the production mentioned, “The chemistry between Sharman and Salman will be something new for the audience, and it plays a significant part in the movie's storyline.” Sharman has already started shooting, and his presence on set is reportedly adding a fresh dynamic to the film.
Sikandar is currently being shot in Mumbai, where an extravagant set worth ₹15 crore has been constructed. The team is filming a song sequence at the SRPF ground in Goregaon, which has been transformed to resemble slum-like villages.
