Deewaniyat is helmed by director Milap Zaveri.

When Sanam Teri Kasam was first released in 2016, it earned a modest Rs 9 crore. However, the re-release of the film has stunned everyone by grossing Rs 30.85 crore so far, with projections suggesting it will continue to rise.

According to Sacnilk, the film has now become the second highest-earning re-release in India, just behind the blockbuster Tumbbad, which earned around Rs 32 crore last year. It has even outperformed records set by Ghilli (starring Thalapathy Vijay) and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (starring Ranbir Kapoor).

In an exciting update, the makers have confirmed that a sequel to the film is in the works. The script is already completed, and the sequel is scheduled for release on Valentine's Day 2026, building even more excitement for the future of the beloved romantic drama.
