After the US tour, comedian Samay Raina is making a strong comeback in India. The comedian has announced the most-awaited India tour, titled Samay Raina Is Still Alive and Unfiltered.

Samay took to his Instagram and revealed the dates of his India tour. He penned in the caption, “India tour live now on @bookmyshowin,” adding a burning heart emoji.

The comedian will kick off his ‘Samay Raina Is Still Alive and Unfiltered India tour’ with three back-to-back shows in Bengaluru starting from August 15. He will then perform in Hyderabad (August 23-24), Mumbai (August 30), Kolkata (September 6-7), Chennai (September 19-20) and Pune (September 26-28).

Samay will wrap up his tour in Delhi on October 5. However, 40,000 tickets for Samay’s show sold out within an hour after it went live.

The comedian took to his Instagram Story and celebrated the personal milestone and wrote, “The love is unreal... We will bring the house down.”

Samay Raina Is Still Alive and Unfiltered tour marks the first time he will perform in India after he landed in controversy for his now-scrapped YouTube show India’s Got Latent.

He has recently wrapped up his international tour that saw him perform in Europe, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. He started his global leg on June 5 in Cologne and concluded on July 20 in Sydney.

Soon after announcing his tour, the comedian revealed that the website had crashed because of the huge traffic.

Samay Raina’s latest Instagram post came after he faced multiple FIRS and brutal backlash after Ranveer Allahbadia made a controversial remark about parents during India’s Got Latent. The comedian had to delete all the episodes of his shows and reschedule his Indian comedy tour.
