The recent attack on Saif Ali Khan has sparked widespread public curiosity and skepticism, especially after his quick recovery and discharge from Lilavati Hospital. AIMIM leader Waris Pathan has now voiced his concerns, demanding that Mumbai Police and Saif’s family clarify the incident to address the growing doubts among the public.
In a video statement shared on X, Pathan questioned the circumstances of the attack, expressing disbelief over the alleged chain of events. He pointed out inconsistencies in the narrative, such as how the attacker managed to scale 12 floors of Saif's Bandra apartment and the recovery of a 2.5-inch knife from the actor’s body. Pathan also raised eyebrows over Saif’s seemingly rapid recovery, stating, “Post such a major surgery, he comes out walking joyfully from the hospital after 3-4 days. Good, we want him to recover soon, but a lot of questions are arising in people’s minds.”

The incident took place on January 16, when Saif was reportedly attacked at his Bandra residence. The accused, 30-year-old Shareeful Islam Shehzad Mohammad Rohilla Amin Fakir was arrested and presented in court on January 24. His custody has been extended until January 29 as the investigation unfolds.
Pathan’s statement also criticised the lack of transparency, urging both the police and Saif’s family to share the complete details of the incident. “People have the right to know. He is a film star who was attacked in a city like Mumbai. The administration should clarify the entire truth to dispel any doubts in the minds of the public,” Pathan concluded.
As investigations continue, the incident has left the public with more questions than answers, adding pressure on the authorities to provide clarity and resolve the case promptly.
