Rukmini Vasanth on being a part of Kantara Chapter 1: "Ye film cinema nahi, hamare liye shakti hai"

She received a warm welcome from the audience.

Thanking the crowd, Rukmini began on a gracious note. “First of all, I would like to thank all of you. Thank you all for being here to celebrate Kantara. It’s amazing. Ye film nahi hamare liye shakti hai"

When asked how it felt to be called the next big sensation, she responded, "I am very happy to hear this. But Kantara is a very special film for our entire team. And I am very proud and happy that I am here in Mumbai with all of you.”

She spoke of Kantara not just as a film, but as something more deeply connected to the people behind it. “I am making these first steps with Kandara, a famous specialist, Kandara. As sir said in our debut video, this is not just a film, it is our energy. So, we would like to say thank you to sir for this energy.”

Rukmini is seen opposite Rishab Shetty in Kantara: Part 1. The movie is going to release across all languages on October 2.
