Bollywood’s iconic star, Aamir Khan, recently hosted a special screening of his son Junaid Khan’s debut film, Loveyapa, ahead of its highly anticipated theatrical release on February 7. The event, which took place on Tuesday evening, was graced by several legendary figures from the Indian film industry, including Dharmendra, Rekha, Shabana Azmi, Kabir Khan, and many others.

Among the many touching moments of the evening, one that stood out was the heartwarming interaction between Aamir Khan and veteran actor Dharmendra. As the two stars met, they exchanged smiles and poses for the paparazzi, radiating warmth and camaraderie. Aamir, showing immense respect for the 89-year-old star, greeted Dharmendra by touching his feet, a gesture of reverence and admiration that spoke volumes about the deep bond they share.

Another touching moment was when Rekha, the evergreen diva of Bollywood, greeted Aamir Khan at the event. She arrived at the venue with her signature elegance, dressed in a gold and white silk saree, and wore her trademark red sindoor, adding to her timeless charm. As she met Aamir, she folded her hands and greeted him with a respectful adaab, a graceful gesture that captured the essence of her poise. Aamir, in return, embraced Rekha warmly.

Rekha, who starred alongside Dharmendra in numerous classic films, was also seen exchanging pleasantries with him at the event. As Dharmendra prepared to leave, Rekha followed a time-honored tradition by touching his feet, paying homage to her dear co-star.

Loveyapa, directed by Advait Chandan, marks Junaid Khan’s entry into Bollywood, alongside Khushi Kapoor. The film is set to hit theaters on February 7, and the special screening was a delightful gathering that celebrated not just a new beginning for Junaid, but also the enduring camaraderie and respect between Bollywood’s legendary icons.
