Rashmika Mandanna’s The Girlfriend success celebration took place in Hyderabad on Wednesday, November 12. True to earlier reports, Rashmika’s rumoured boyfriend, Vijay Deverakonda, attended the event and did something that left fans swooning.

The event came after the Rahul Ravindran directorial, which also stars Dheekshith Shetty, performed well in theatres.

When Vijay arrived at the event, he warmly greeted Rashmika, and the two exchanged smiles before he gently kissed her hand — a moment that melted hearts online. Rashmika looked graceful in a light pink ethnic salwar suit, while Vijay sported a sharp dark blue bandhgala, complementing her perfectly.

This public appearance comes amid ongoing rumours that the two got engaged last month. While neither has confirmed the news, reports suggest Rashmika and Vijay are planning to get married in February next year.

Meanwhile, The Girlfriend continues its successful run at the box office, earning ₹10.10 crore in just six days since its release on November 7. The film also features Anu Emmanuel, Rao Ramesh, and Rohini in important roles.
