Telugu superstar Ram Charan is set to light up the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) this year. Not only will he be the festival's esteemed Guest of Honour, but he'll also be recognized for his exceptional contributions to Indian cinema with the prestigious "Ambassador for Indian Art and Culture" title.
Held annually by the Victorian State Government, the IFFM will pay special tribute to Ram Charan's impressive career with a retrospective showcasing his iconic films. This exciting celebration of Indian cinema runs from August 15th to 25th, 2024.

Mitu Bhowmick Lange, festival director of IFFM said that the IFFM is thrilled to welcome Ram Charan as our Guest of Honour for the 15th edition. His presence and achievements add tremendous prestige to the festival. She said, "We are delighted to welcome him to Melbourne and look forward to celebrating his achievements with audiences at the festival."
On the professional front, Ram Charan is gearing up for his upcoming project "Game Changer" with Kiara Advani, and another upcoming film "RC16" with Janhvi Kapoor.
