Kangana Ranaut took to Instagram with a vibrant video celebrating the day. Dressed in a beautiful traditional attire and holding the tricolour, she encouraged her fans to participate in the Har Ghar Tiranga initiative.
In the post, she expressed her love for the country and concluded with “Jai Hind, Jai Bharat,” inspiring her followers to honor the nation with pride and joy.
On the other side, actor Ram Charan hosted the Indian flag at his residence, celebrating with his family. In an Instagram post featuring a heartfelt video, he was seen hoisting the flag alongside his daughter while dressed in an elegant all-black South Indian outfit.
He captioned the post: “Wishing everyone a Happy 79th Independence Day,” spreading festive cheer among his fans.
Actress Ananya Panday also joined the celebrations, sharing a photo with the tricolour on her Instagram. She captioned it: “Sare Jahan Se Accha Hindustan Humara,” echoing patriotic sentiments and reminding followers of the nation’s rich heritage and freedom struggle.
