Rakul Preet Singh celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi with family and friends

Rakul Preet Singh welcomed Ganpati Bappa home with husband Jackky Bhagnani, marking the occasion with devotion and plenty of festive cheer.

On Instagram, Rakul shared photos from the intimate puja, where she and Jackky twinned in shades of pink — she in a radiant lehenga and he in a matching kurta-pyjama.

The couple looked glowing as they posed in front of a stunning Ganesh idol adorned with white and red jewellery and glistening in gold. Rakul was also captured offering flowers during the prayers, her devotion adding to the beauty of the moment.

The celebrations weren’t limited to family. Rakul also posted a group photo with friends including Mrunal Thakur and Khel Khel Mein actress Pragya, showing how the festival brought everyone together in joy.

Earlier in the day, the couple stepped outside to greet the paparazzi waiting outside their home. In a video that went viral, Rakul and Jackky were seen distributing boxes of sweets to the photographers, making sure the festive spirit was shared with all.

Their thoughtful gesture was warmly received online, with fans praising the couple’s kindness.

While the festive glow surrounded her home, Rakul also has a bustling work schedule. She’s currently shooting for Pati Patni Aur Woh 2, directed by Mudassar Aziz, where she stars opposite Ayushmann Khurrana, alongside Tabu and Wamiqa Gabbi.

She will also return in De De Pyaar De 2, once again alongside Ajay Devgn, with R. Madhavan joining the cast as her father. The film, directed by Anshul Sharma and produced by Luv Ranjan, has already been touted as one of the most anticipated rom-coms of the year.

Adding grandeur to her line-up, Rakul has signed on for Nitesh Tiwari’s ambitious Ramayana, where she will portray Surpanakha, Ravana’s iconic sister. The magnum opus also stars Ranbir Kapoor, Yash, and Ravie Dubey in key roles.
