Bollywood actor and businessman Raj Kundra has been summoned by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Mumbai Police, for questioning in connection with a massive Rs 60 crore cheating case.

Sources said Raj was initially asked to appear on Wednesday, but the date was pushed to September 15 after he requested more time.

A National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) auditor has also been called in for questioning.

Earlier, the Mumbai police had issued a Lookout Circular (LOC) against Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra in connection with a Rs 60 crore cheating case, officials said on Friday.
