R Madhavan celebrates Onam with wife Sarita Birje

Actor R Madhavan has recently celebrated Onam with his wife, Sarita Birje. He joined the list of celebrities who are spending the festive season with their loved ones and sent festive wishes, including Basil Joseph, Tovino Thomas, Malavika Mohanan, and Kalyani Priyadarshan.

Madhavan’s wife, Sarita, took to her Instagram and shared a photo from the festival. In the pic, the couple is seen sitting close to the staircase, smiling for the camera.

The caption of the joint Instagram post reads, “May the spirit of Onam guide you to a path of success and prosperity. Happy Onam!” Love Madhavans.”

Several fans and celebrities reacted to the picture and complimented the couple. Bhagyashree commented, “God bless you both.. such a beautiful picture.” Actor Amit Sadh also reacted to the post by dropping red heart emojis.

On the work front, R Madhavan was last seen in the Netflix film Aap Jaisa Koi, which also starred Fatima Sana Shaikh in the lead.

The actor has an exciting line-up ahead. He will next be seen in the romantic comedy film De De Pyaar De 2. He will star alongside Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh. Directed by Anshul Sharma and written by Luv Ranjan and Tarun Jain, De De Pyaar De 2 is slated to hit the theatres on November 14.

Madhavan will also star in Aditya Dhar's action thriller, Dhurandhar. The film also stars Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, and Akshaye Khanna, alongside Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi in key roles. The film is scheduled to release in theatres on 5 December.
