After an exhilarating IPL match between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Punjab Kings in Chandigarh, Punjab Kings co-owner Preity Zinta recounted a lighthearted conversation she had with Virat Kohli.

Preity Zinta approached Virat Kohli on the pitch to congratulate him after he scored an undefeated 73 runs. A video of the incident instantly went viral, with Kohli showing Zinta something on his phone that made her obviously happy.

Preity Zinta addressed the conversation, stating that they were showing each other images of their kids.

She spoke about how much time had gone by since their first meeting, saying, "Time does fly..." When I first saw Virat 18 years ago, he was a vibrant adolescent full of ability and fire; now, he still has that fire, is an icon, and is a really loving and doting parent."

Talking about Virat Kohli, he has continued to dominate the IPL season, now leading with 443 runs in 10 matches. His consistency has earned him six half-centuries, four of which came while pursuing targets. Kohli once again guided the innings against Punjab Kings, striking a solid 51 and forming a key 119-run partnership with colleague Rajat Patidar, who hit an unbeaten 73 off 47 balls. Their efforts guided RCB to a six-wicket victory with nine balls remaining.

Speaking of Virat, he is married to actress Anushka Sharma, and together they are parents to Vamika and Akaay. Preity, meanwhile, resides in the US and has twins.
