The movie is said to have more than 4,400 visual effects shots.

Since the release of Hari Hara Veera Mallu, featuring Pawan Kalyan, has drawn heavy criticism, particularly for its inconsistent VFX. Addressing the backlash, co-director Jyothi Krisna acknowledged that he was aware some of the film's visual effects fell short of expectations.

The movie, helmed by directors Krish and Jyothi Krisna, hit theaters last Friday after paid previews on Wednesday. It features Pawan Kalyan in the role of Veera Mallu, alongside Nidhhi Agerwal as Panchami and Bobby Deol as Aurangzeb.

In a recent interview with ABN, Jyothi mentioned that the issues people are raising are "minor." “Anyone will troll only those who are in the limelight. People only get views when they write about something famous. I do not take any of the negativity to heart. Every single day, I see something negative being written about Hari Hara Veera Mallu. This is not the first time a film has taken this long to produce."

He further added He added, “When they nitpicked, all they could find was that the CGI and VFX were bad in some places. No one could point out the story and screenplay, or say it’s boring, or that they can’t understand it. There are 4400 shots in the film that required CGI. I knew in my heart that a few shots weren’t up to par, but it wasn’t something huge. We needed to hold special premieres for which tickets were sold out, and they turned that minor issue into something major."

The movie is said to have more than 4,400 visual effects shots. Although it has faced some backlash, it has performed strongly at the box office, earning over Rs 100 crore within four days. A revised version of the film, with certain poor-quality VFX scenes edited or cut, began screening in theaters over the weekend.
