Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and powerstar Pawan Kalyan is all set to return to the big screens with the upcoming films, Hari Hara Veera Mallu and They Call Him OG, which have been delayed due to the actor’s political commitments.
Fans have been eagerly waiting for the release of the films for a long time. However, fans’ wait seems to be over as the actor has reportedly joined the set of his upcoming films.
According to the recent reports by 123Telugu, Pawan Kalyan has joined the shoot for Hari Hara Veera Mallu today and is expected to wrap up his schedule of filming within two days.
The latest development on the project will enable the film's post-production to move forward, paving the way for the promotional campaign to launch soon.
For the unversed, Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and Jyothi Krishna, Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1 Sword vs Spirit is set during the 17th-century Mughal era and explores the story of Veera Mallu, a legendary outlaw who will be locking horns with the Mughals.
Pawan Kalyan stars as the titular role of Veera Mallu in the upcoming historical adventure. However, the film also stars Bobby Deol in a powerful antagonist role as the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb.
The film also stars Nidhhi Agerwal as the female lead Panchami, alongside a strong supporting cast including Nargis Fakhri, Nora Fatehi, Nasser, Sathyaraj, and others.
The film faced multiple delays and is now expected to hit the theatres on May 9.
