Pakistani actress Mahira Khan responds to trolls accusing her of using SRK's name for 'publicity; says aap 'mujhse puchiye hi nahi unke baare mein'

Pakistani actress Mahira Khan, who had worked with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan in the 2017 film Raees, was subject to a lot of trolling for using King Khan's name for 'publicity.'

The actress addressed the trolling like a pro in her recent interview. Mahira said that if nobody wants her to speak about SRK, then they should stop asking her questions related to him.

Mahira Khan was speaking at the Aalami Urdu Conference 2024, and she revealed that she was often asked questions about how her experience working with King Khan of Bollywood was. And that she simply replies to them and is not taking any 'publicity.'.

"Well, I will never have enough of Shah Rukh. Mujhse koi puchta hai toh main uska jawab deti hoon. Phir logon ko lagta hai ke main unke baare mein baat kar rahi hoon. Main apne aap kabhi nahi baat karti unke baare mein, she told the learned gathering. (When I am asked about him, I respond to the question. Then people feel that I am talking about him. I never start talking about him.

The interviewer also asked her about online trolling for using his name for publicity, to which she said, "Mujhe yeh hai ke aap mujhse puchiye hi nahi unke baare mein phir. (The only thing that comes to my mind at that moment is that you shouldn’t ask anything related to Shah Rukh from me then.)"

Mahira has worked in only one Bollywood film, and that was in 2017, which had SRK and Nawazuddin Siddique. It was directed by Rahul Dholakia, and the movie was a hit at that time.
