Tollywood’s senior actor Nagarjuna Akkineni and his wife Amala Akkineni’s latest meeting with Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy was no longer from political talks. Akkineni Nagarjuna and Amala met the CM at his Jubilee Hills residence to personally invite him to the wedding of their second son Akhil Akkineni.
Akhil is gearing up to marry his beau Zainab Ravdjee on June 6 and everything related to his new life is currently in progress. Like his elder brother Naga Chaitanya, Akhil's wedding will be held at the family's Annapurna Studios, which has witnessed many private events of the Akkinenis.
It was on November 26, 2024 that Akhil and Zainab got engaged, and it was only known to Telugu states that the two have been in a steady relationship for quite some time. The couple got engaged in a small, private ceremony with dear family and friends present.
Incidentally, this is Nagarjuna’s second visit to the CM’s residence in the recent past. The last time he met CLP leader CM Revanth Reddy was in December 2024, a few months after the infamous N Convention Centre demolition, which was seen as an encroachment.

Even as the tensions and political statements were made one after another in the aftermath of the incident, especially by Minister Konda Surekha, Nagarjuna seems to have chosen to gracefully move on with the episode and offer the wedding invitation to him in a dignified way.
The impending marriage is likely to be a high-profile one, attracting both Bollywood and political attention. With the date around the corner, fans and media persons are awaiting more scoop from what could easily be one of the most massive celebrity weddings of the year.
