Naga Chaitanya expressed his gratitude to the Andhra Pradesh government after they approved a hike in ticket prices ahead of the release of his Telugu film Thandel, starring Sai Pallavi.
Naga Chaitanya took to social media to express his sincere gratitude for the decision, thanking the government for their support. The film, highly anticipated by fans, is expected to benefit from the increased ticket pricing, and Chaitanya's post reflects his appreciation for the state's recognition of the movie's potential impact.
The ticket prices for single screens have been increased by Rs 50, while multiplexes will see a hike of Rs 75. Geetha Arts, the official production house of Thandel, took to their X handle to express their gratitude to the government for the decision.

Thandel is inspired by a real-life incident that occurred in 2018. Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, the film marks the second collaboration between Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, following their successful pairing in director Sekhar Kammula's Love Story.
Thandel also marks the reunion of Naga Chaitanya and director Chandoo Mondeti after their collaboration on Premam. The film features cinematography by Shamdat and music composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
