Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was spotted with director Siddharth Anand as the two are likely to reunite for an upcoming project. Saif and Siddharth were spotted by the paparazzi outside Marflix Pictures in Mumbai. The director-actor duo had worked together in 'Salaam Namaste' (2005) and 'Ta Ra Rum Pum' (2007).
Having reunited 17 years after their last project, speculations are rife on them working on a project together, although there are no official announcements made on the same.
According to media reports, Siddharth Anand is producing 'Jewel Thief' starring Saif Ali Khan, Jaideep Ahlawat, Kunal Kapoor and Nikita Dutta. Amid these reports, the filmmaker along with producer Mamta Anand was spotted meeting Saif Ali Khan along with Kunal Kapoor at Marflix Pictures office.
This directorial by Robbie Grewal is currently in the production stage with an international shoot lined up in May. The project, produced by Siddharth Anand and Mamta Anand under their banner, Marflix Pictures, is slated to stream on a leading OTT platform.
Both Saif and Siddharth were seen wearing white shirts, while Saif was dressed in white T shirt and green pyjamas, Siddharth was spotted in white shirt and denims. Saif hugged his old friend and director as they posed for the paparazzi.
Saif's fans are excited to see their favourite actor return to the big screens soon. Hope the duo make an announcement soon.
Saif Ali Khan was last seen playing the role of Ravan in Prabhas and Kriti Sanon starrer 'Adipurush'. He is also gearing up for the release of 'Devara' with Telugu superstar Jr NTR. Then there is 'Kartavya' produced by Red Chillies Entertainment. Next it will be 'The Bridge' which is the remake of a Nordic drama which he will be co-producing with Endemol Shine India.
Saif Ali Khan had also hinted at working on a project with his actor-wife Kareena Kapoor Khan soon.
