Directed by Siva, Kanguva stands as the biggest and most expensive South Indian film of the year, with an estimated budget exceeding Rs 350 crore. It surpasses the scale of major blockbusters like Pushpa and Singham. The film’s production took place across seven countries on different continents, with a prehistoric setting requiring a highly specific visual style. To achieve this, the filmmakers brought in top Hollywood experts for key technical roles, including action choreography and cinematography. Additionally, Kanguva features one of the largest war sequences ever filmed, involving more than 10,000 people.
