South Korean actor Lee Do Hyun, who is known for his roles in TV shows like 18 Again and Sweet Home, reportedly completed his mandatory military service. The actor was released on May 13 after serving in the military for 21 months.
According to the recent reports by Soompi, Lee Do Hyun's agency, YUEHUA Entertainment Korea, has officially revealed that he has completed his military service on May 13. He served Republic of Korea Air Force from August 14, 2023.
However, the TV actor received a warm welcome from his fans, and several photos and videos from his arrival are going viral on social media.
The agency revealed that the actor has already received several offers, increasing the excitement among the fans with the possibility of seeing the actor on the screen soon.
The agency said, “He is already receiving casting offers for various dramas, films, and more as well as for advertisement and photo shoots.”
However, the actor was already working on some of his projects while serving in the military. The reports suggested that he was working on the Hong Sisters’ upcoming drama, Grand Galaxy. The upcoming fantasy drama is said to be a sequel to Lee Do Hyun's 2019 hit Hotel Del Luna, which helped him to rise to fame.

He will collaborate again with co-star Go Min-si. The actor has not confirmed the potential collaboration.
Some of the actor’s projects, including Exhuma, Death’s Game, and Sweet Home 3, were released during his service. Meanwhile, Lee Do Hyun received praise for his performance in the horror mystery. Additionally, he earned a Best New Actor in the film category at the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards.
