The latest episode of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 witnessed that the Virani and Ajay’s families are welcomed by Naina, and Mihir observes her exuberant demeanour.

Naina appreciates Tulsi's talents and her sophisticated way of life. While Mihir impatiently awaits Pari, Gayatri notes that Naina appears young for her age despite being as old as Tulsi.

Naina welcomes Ajay's family when the doorbell rings, and Pari gives her father a joyful embrace. When she inquires about Angad and Ritik, Tulsi responds that they are busy. Priya is offended by Angad's absence, and Mihir wishes his sons were as mature as Ajay. Tulsi assures Pari that she will meet Angad during the pag phere, but Indrani uses gossip as a pretext to insist that they observe the customs first.

Even though Naina commends Tulsi's wisdom, Pari idolizes Naina and aspires to be like her instead of her mother. When Mihir discovers that Naina retained his old paintings after he abandoned them, he is overjoyed to see them in her exhibition. The family enjoys their lighthearted conversation, especially Daksha's jokes.

Tulsi questions Pari when Nandini spots burn marks on her hands. Pari is hesitant because she thinks Sandhya might tell the truth about how she was injured while cooking. After Sandhya pushes her to speak out, Pari eventually acknowledges that she burned herself while preparing halwa. Sandhya promises to treat Pari with the same level of care that she would if Tulsi apologized.

Naina admires Tulsi's devotion when she makes sure Mihir takes digestion pills during dinner. Naina and Tulsi connect over love and loss as she expresses her longing for her late spouse. Warmly serving dessert, she accepts Tulsi's invitation to Janmashtami.

Ritik tries to soothe Angad, who is furious about Vrinda's pranks. In reference to their previous relationship, Tulsi asks Mihir if Naina enjoyed her gifts back at the party. Mihir stays aloof and preoccupied as Tulsi's neck aches worsen.

In the episodes to come Indrani graciously declines Tulsi's invitation to join in the Janmashtami festivities. As this is going on, Vrinda interviews Angad, and Ajay starts to have doubts about Pari's actions after he sees Ranvijay approaching her.
