Singer Park Bom, a member of the girl group 2NE1, recently made a series of accusations against her former agency, YG Entertainment, through a social media post on Thursday, which she deleted shortly afterward.

In her post, Park Bom wrote, “I’m angry but too lazy to care, so I just started it. I hope everyone’s happy,” and included an image of a handwritten memo where she outlined her grievances in detail.

In the memo, Park Bom blamed YG Entertainment for several issues. She claimed that the agency had altered her facial appearance to make fun of her, saying, “They made my face look like [expletive]. Just to make fun of me.” She also stated that YG never paid for any plastic surgery she underwent, adding, “Come to think of it, YG never paid for any plastic surgery. I paid for the one or two procedures myself.” Additionally, she mentioned that despite singing her heart out, she barely made any profit, writing, “Even if I sing my heart out, I’m just breaking even.”

In addition, Park Bom charged that the agency was treating commercial work unfairly. She asserted that there were "4,231 commercials" in total, but that every opportunity—including 61 that were purportedly in her name—was given to someone else.

Shortly after being shared, the post was taken down, but not before garnering online attention.

Park Bom posted a picture earlier that week that purported to be a police report she submitted against YG Entertainment founder Yang Hyun-suk.

In the report, she alleged that Yang had failed to pay her back a significant amount of money during her time as a member of 2NE1. She named a large, almost unbelievable sum that she claimed was owed to her, sparking discussions among fans and the media.

However, her current agency, D-Nation Entertainment, quickly responded to the claims, refuting them entirely.

They stated that Park Bom had already been paid in full by YG Entertainment and that she had never actually taken any legal action against the agency. In contrast to the allegations made in her social media posts, the statement clarified that all of her financial obligations had been paid.
