BTS’s V and Dakota Johnson steal the spotlight at Vogue World 2025

For the high-profile evening, V brought a touch of Korean heritage to Hollywood.

BTS’s V, also known as Kim Taehyung, made waves at the Vogue World 2025 event in Los Angeles on Sunday. He made heads turn with his effortless charm. The singer became the first-ever K-pop artist to attend the celebrated fashion and film showcase, where he was seated beside Hollywood actress Dakota Johnson.

Photos of the duo instantly went viral across social media, with fans dubbing them “the two ultimate visuals.”

For the high-profile evening, V brought a touch of Korean heritage to Hollywood. He wore a custom Jaybaek Couture ensemble, featuring a sleek grey overcoat cinched with a red norigae-inspired belt, reminiscent of royal garments from Korea’s Joseon dynasty. Underneath, he sported a matching grey shirt, tie, and loose trousers, paired with polished black shoes. He completed his look with a 120-year-old antique watch, originally crafted during the reign of King Gojong.

Seated beside him, Dakota Johnson stunned in a baby pink gown with a delicate netted neckline, leaving her hair open for a soft, romantic finish. The Fifty Shades of Grey actress’ refined look perfectly complemented V’s understated sophistication.

V aka Kim Taehyung debuted with BTS in 2013. He was praised for his baritone voice and unmissable stage presence.
