The inclusion of Mumbai has particularly stood out, as India has rarely featured in official K-pop world tours despite its massive fanbase.

BTS is reportedly planning a 20-city world tour in 2026, and if the latest rumour is to be believed, Mumbai is among the top destinations on the list! The speculation has sent Indian ARMYs (BTS fans) into a frenzy, as this would mark the group’s first-ever concert in India.

According to reports citing alleged Live Nation touring data, BTS’ tentative tour itinerary includes major global cities such as Seoul, Tokyo, Bangkok, Los Angeles, London, Paris, São Paulo, and Mumbai. While HYBE or BIGHIT MUSIC have not yet confirmed any tour dates, the possibility of an Indian stop has generated immense excitement online.

The rumored lineup of cities includes Seoul, Tokyo, Osaka, Bangkok, Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, London, Paris, São Paulo, Mexico City, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney, Mumbai, Manila, Jakarta, Berlin, Toronto, and Las Vegas.

The inclusion of Mumbai has particularly stood out, as India has rarely featured in official K-pop world tours despite its massive fanbase. Over the years, BTS members have often expressed their wish to perform for their Indian fans. In fact, the group’s Map of the Soul world tour, initially planned for 2020, was set to include an India stop before being cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Adding to the growing buzz, HYBE recently opened its overseas headquarters in Mumbai to expand the company’s presence in South Asia. This move has only intensified hopes that India could soon become a regular stop on major K-pop tours.

As of now, there has been no official confirmation from HYBE or BIGHIT MUSIC regarding the rumoured 2026 tour or its destinations. However, given the group’s global reach and the massive popularity of K-pop in India, fans are hopeful that this long-awaited concert will finally become a reality.

Currently, BTS members are preparing for their spring 2026 comeback album, which will reportedly mark the group’s first full-scale musical return after completing military service commitments.
