One of the most popular quiz shows in India, Kaun Banega Crorepati, is back this year with its seventeenth season. The show, which is hosted by none other than the renowned Amitabh Bachchan, never fails to uplift and amuse viewers nationwide.

After winning the fastest finger first round, Mithilesh—who is from the small Bihar hamlet of Nawada—found himself on the hot seat with Amitabh Bachchan. The candidate continues by saying that Mithilesh took on the role of caring for his younger sibling after losing both of his parents.

His only goal, in spite of his own struggles, is to provide his sibling a better and more promising future. He continues by discussing the close relationship he has with his younger sibling. His sibling, who is still very small, aspires to attend an English-medium school, he continues.

However, Mithilesh, who finds it tough to make ends meet, believes that achieving this objective is extremely challenging. He also recalls being asked to purchase a bicycle by his sibling. Mithilesh sobs as he shares this, acknowledging that he does not even have enough money to grant his wish. Then, as Mithilesh answers a question for Rs 50 lakh, the commercial intensifies to a stressful moment. With his signature flair, Amitabh Bachchan asks him, Lock kiya jaye? leaving the viewers wondering what will happen next.
