Katy Perry joined five other women on a groundbreaking journey to space, marking a historic moment in aerospace history. Departing from West Texas, Blue Origin launched its first-ever all-female crew, a powerful milestone that not only broke barriers but also redefined who gets to explore the final frontier. Katy Perry reportedly chose affordable make-up for the space trip.
Katy Perry and the rest of the team wore a sleek, form-fitting suit designed by Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim, the creative directors of Oscar de la Renta and the visionary minds behind Monse. The ensemble was ideal for such a historic occasion since it skilfully combined high fashion with practicality.
In order to subtly elevate her appearance, Katy embraced a minimalist glam look. Her makeup included a bright blush that highlighted her cheekbones, a delicate eyeshadow in light shades, a light liquid foundation that cost £ 10 (Rs 1,588), and a nude lipstick to finish the look.
Katy’s makeup artist Alexandra French shared a glimpse of the products used by the singer, in a post on Instagram. She wrote, "First ever glam team for space! We made history!”
Alexandra decided to use beauty brand L'Oréal Paris for Katy's glam in order to keep things relatable and affordable. She disclosed that she created Katy's smooth, glowing base using the L'Oréal Paris Infallible 32H Freshwear Liquid Foundation in a behind-the-scenes video showing the makeup setup.
Katy's poised and strong presence was perfectly complemented by the overall appearance, which was a faultless blend of style and functionality.
