As per a recent Mid-Day report, Kartik Aaryan is exploring real estate options with producer Anand Pandit's assistance. Sources reveal that the actor has been scouting two prime properties in Andheri—a high-end residential apartment and a commercial space exceeding 2,000 square feet.

On the work front, Kartik Aaryan recently announced an exciting collaboration with Karan Johar for the film Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri, directed by Sameer Vidwans and set for a 2026 theatrical release. The film is produced under the banners of Dharma Productions and Namah Pictures by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Shareen Mantri Kedia, and Kishor Arora. Additionally, another untitled project with Johar is slated for release on August 15, 2025. This partnership comes after past speculation of a rift between the two, adding intrigue for fans.
