Kareena Kapoor is clearly smitten after watching Brad Pitt’s latest big-screen venture, F1. The Bollywood star took to her social media to share a moment from the film’s climax and couldn't hide her admiration for the Hollywood icon.
Posting an Instagram Story featuring Brad Pitt alongside co-star Javier Bardem, Kareena wrote, “Who wants to be 20, when you can look like this at 60,” expressing her awe over Pitt’s ageless charisma.
She’s not the only one fangirling over the actor. Deepika Padukone also joined in the admiration earlier, sharing her own Instagram Story after watching F1. Her caption read: “BRAD PITT. THAT’S IT. THAT’S THE POST. IYKYK (If You Know, You Know),” capturing the internet’s collective excitement over his performance.
F1, which released in theatres on June 27, has generated a lot of buzz due to its intense drama, striking visuals, and Brad Pitt's stirring performance. The film, which was directed by Joseph Kosinski, tells the tale of a retired Formula One legend who rejoins the racing world to help his partner's faltering team turn around.
Alongside Damson Idris, Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, and Javier Bardem, Pitt is the main cast member. The authenticity of the movie is further enhanced by cameos by actual Formula One drivers Carlos Sainz, Charles Leclerc, and Lewis Hamilton.
Meanwhile, the internet has found a humorous angle in all the excitement. Memes comparing Formula One to the 2007 Bollywood racing drama Ta Ra Rum Pum, which starred Kareena's husband Saif Ali Khan, are all over social media. The Siddharth Anand-directed movie has made a comeback in online debates, where it makes humorous comparisons between the two racing sagas.
With both fans and celebrities raving about it, F1 continues to dominate screens and conversations alike.
