Karan Johar shares a selfie with Rani Mukerji

Filmmaker and producer Karan Johar celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with actress Rani Mukerji. He shared a sweet selfie with the actress to mark the festivities.

Karan took to his Instagram Story and shared a photo with Rani Mukerji. The duo posed with a lord Ganesha’s idol decked with flowers.

In the selfie, Karan sported a stunning kurta with intricate embroidery. Meanwhile, Rani looked stunning in a pink saree. She completed her look with gold jewellery.

Just before sharing the selfie, he shared a Ganesh Chaturthi wish to his followers. He shared a photo of Lord Ganesha with a text, “May Lord Ganesha’s blessings fill your home with joy and prosperity. Happy Ganesh Chaturthi!”

On the work front, Karan Johar will produce Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, which has recently wrapped up production. The film is produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Shashank Khaitan.

According to reports, the film centres on two individuals with opposing personalities, Sunny (Varun) and Tulsi Kumari (Janhvi), although the official plot has been kept under wraps. Tulsi is a serious and cultured girl, and Sunny is a carefree and fun-loving guy. They meet by fate and fall in love.

The movie has already experienced two delays. Originally set for release on April 18, the date was later moved to September 12. After their first joint film, Bawaal, which was directed by Nitesh Tiwari and came out in 2023, this is Varun and Janhvi's second collaboration.
