Tanya Mittal has become one of the most talked-about competitors on Bigg Boss 19.  She has become a divisive figure on the show due to her frequent references to travel, factories, and family wealth. Her comments about family and wealth have sparked curiosity among the fans about her father.

Tanya has continuously maintained that her family is well-known in Gwalior and her house is known as palatial. She has also suggested that her family owned factories in Gwalior and Morena.

According to India Forums, a journalist recently visited one of her factories in the city, though, and claimed that it was smaller than she had depicted on national television.

Tanya said on the show that her family owns a luxurious home and factories in Morena and Gwalior. However, the reports have suggested that it was smaller than what she had shown on national television.

Tanya’s claims about her father and family left the social media users curious, and they started looking into her father's identity.

Some social media users found an Instagram post from 2015 in which Tanya claimed that her father served as her inspiration. According to some internet rumours, her father is Ravi Mittal, an entrepreneur from Delhi who is recognised for having constructed over 400 apartments in the city.

However, Tanya or Ravi Mittal has yet to address the rumours.

Meanwhile, some of the reports have suggested that Tanya’s father is Amit Mittal, not Ravi Mittal, according to a number of people, including Gwalior locals.

The Mittal family's neighbours refused to comment on her or their company when contacted.

Meanwhile, Tanya often got candid about her father on Bigg Boss. She has previously revealed that her father wanted her to get married when she was 19. She shared, “However, I defied him and started my own journey as an entrepreneur." This disclosure added another layer to her public persona, blending claims of family affluence with her personal struggle for independence.”
