Jasmin Bhasin hits back at lip injection trolls, writes "Injection nahi filter"

Television actor Jasmin Bhasin has recently faced accusations of getting upper lip injections. However, the actress gave a befitting reply to the trolls.

Jasmin took to her Instagram and shared a video of herself lip-syncing to a famous song from Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Prada's Intaha Ho Gai Intezaar Ki. She captioned her post, “Mood. Bcz it’s 10 days to my birthdayyyyy.” The TV actress received compliments and well-wishes from her fans in the comment section.

However, some of the critics trolled her for her look and wrote, “Jasmin ne upper lips mein injection lagaya hai (Jasmin took lip injections).” Jasmin slammed the trolls and responded, “Injection nahi filter (Not injection but filter),” with a laughing emoji.

The actress frequently faces lip injection speculations and has previously backed cosmetic surgery and Botox treatments.

In an April interview with Bollywood Bubble, Jasmin said, “Usmein galat kya hai? (What’s wrong in that). Everyone has their own body, their own face, their own needs. Whoever wants to get something done, should be free to do so. Recently, my name got linked to this topic too.”

She continued, “I received a lot of messages on Instagram under one of my photos and videos, saying things like, “Jasmin has done her lips,” “Jasmin has had something done,” and so on. But there was nothing like that. Actually, I had swelling from an incident, and that day the makeup artist had overlined my lips a lot. Which I actually liked at the time, because even on Instagram filters, lips tend to look slightly plumper.”

“But later I realised that the look didn’t suit my face. It was just the over-lining, and that’s why everyone assumed I had something done,” added the actress.

Jasmin Bhasin is known for her roles in TV serials like Tashan-e-Ishq and Naagin 4: Bhagya Ka Zehreela Khel, as well as reality shows like Khatron Ke Khiladi 9, Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi – Made in India and Bigg Boss 14.
