Janhvi Kapoor has finally made her eagerly awaited red carpet debut at the 78th Cannes Film Festival adding a hint of ethereal elegance to the French Riviera.

The Bollywood star effortlessly combined traditional Indian elements with modern haute couture in a stunning custom creation by designer Tarun Tahiliani, which she wore to the esteemed event.

The ensemble, which was depicted in a gentle blush tone, included carefully hand-pleated fabric that embraced a structured and contemporary aesthetic while emulating the traditional saree silhouette.

The draped pallu-like dupatta, delicately placed over her head and shoulder, added a regal and almost vintage touch, while the corset-style bodice exquisitely sculpted her figure.

Janhvi completed the elegant yet striking look with layered pearl necklaces, a tidy low bun, and sparse makeup in shades of soft pink and well-defined eyes.

This year's Cannes Film Festival will feature the film's premiere in the Un Certain Regard section. The project has attracted a lot of attention from around the world, which has increased its appeal. This is especially true because of the participation of renowned director Martin Scorsese, who is the executive producer.
