The ocean became a stage and left the judges speechless. In the very first-ever live audition of India’s Got Talent, a young performer from Rameshwaram, Tamil Nadu, stunned everyone by taking her act deep into the waters of the Indian Ocean.

Her name is Tharagai, and her performance has already been hailed as one of the most daring auditions in the show’s history.

Tharagai, who hails from the seaside town of Rameshwaram, views the sea as a way of life rather than merely a picturesque landscape. It was poetic and courageous of her to use those waters as her stage.
