The Kardashians star, Kourtney Kardashian, has recently had enough of the fans taking pictures of her and her hubby. Travis Barker’s outings. She has called out the fans for taking pictures while they were out on a date at the renowned Cafe du Monde in New Orleans.
In a recent episode of Hulu's show The Kardashians, Kourtney whispered to Travis "Should we ask these people to stop so I can take a bite?” when their order of beignets arrived at the table.
She added, “Just these people video-ing. There’s a lady outside just zooming in as I chomp away." Travis suggested that it would be difficult because the restaurant was crowded with both customers and their own cast of The Kardashians.
The drummer for Blink-182 laughed and said, "You're in here with big cameras.” Nevertheless, Kourtney feels that she and Travis ought to be able to eat together without having to worry about photographers.
In a confessional session, Kourtney admitted to the cameras, “Travis is really good at tuning out all the noise around us or the people taking sneaky photos.” She questioned, “Can I just eat a beignet, get powdered sugar all over my face and drink my hot chocolate?"
She continued, "I just want to eat in peace." The reality TV star elaborated, “I love saying 'hi' to people. It's not about that. It’s about this sense of, ‘Well, you’re out in public, so you owe it to us to take a photo.'"
Kourtney has become a bit of a homebody since giving birth to Rocky Barker, her and Travis' 2-year-old son, whose face they have avoided revealing on camera to preserve his privacy.
She admitted, "I’ve been really drawn to slowing down in terms of enjoying the simple things—being present with my kids and being with my husband or my friends. I don't go into stores. I don't go into restaurants that often."
