Go all Parisian when you're in Paris, and Kim Kardashian did just that during her most recent appearance at Paris Fashion Week. The reality star and entrepreneur turned heads with a bold new look: a chic pixie haircut that instantly screamed “French girl glam.”

Ditching her signature waist-length locks, Kim debuted the edgy new style while attending the Maison Margiela and Alaïa Spring/Summer 2026 shows on October 4.

Her fresh chop — short in the back with longer, tousled pieces in the front — felt straight out of a vintage French film. Think Audrey Tautou meets Leslie Caron. Her longtime hairstylist, Chris Appleton, fittingly dubbed it the “Paris Pixi” on Instagram.

And while Kim’s new look is undeniably fashionable, many fans couldn't help but point out the resemblance to someone very familiar — her mum, Kris Jenner, who’s famously rocked a pixie for years. Whether intentional or not, the resemblance added another layer of fun to the transformation.

Kim styled her new ’do with two equally stunning outfits. For the Margiela show, she kept things understated yet elegant in a pale grey trench coat and a simple black ribbon choker.

Later, at the Alaïa show, she brought the drama in a long strapless corset gown, paired with a fur-trimmed coat, gloves, and silver earrings. The whole vibe? Effortlessly cool with just the right dose of couture.

Of course, this isn’t Kim’s first hair transformation — far from it. She’s known for switching things up depending on the occasion. Just this summer, she channelled old-school Italian glamour with a curly blonde bob for her Skims x Roberto Cavalli campaign.
