Hina Khan Korea trip

The adored television star Hina Khan is now in South Korea, fully immersed in K-drama and K-pop culture, and providing her fans with an experience they won't soon forget.

Hina has been posting a constant stream of stunning images from the Land of the Morning Calm while travelling with her long-time partner, Rocky Jaiswal.

These aren't your normal tourist photos, though. Instead, Hina is combining her passion for Korean culture with her own distinct style to recreate some of the most famous K-drama scenes at the exact locations where they were shot. This has produced a delightful blend of nostalgia for K-dramas and K-pop tributes, a crossover that fans were unaware they needed.

The famous BTS Bus Stop, which is featured on the cover of the band's album You Never Walk Alone, was her first destination. ARMYs from all over the world now visit the bus stop, which is located on Gangneung's tranquil Jumunjin Beach.

In typical fangirl fashion, Hina casually posed on the well-known bench, perfectly encapsulating the depressing yet upbeat vibe that characterises K-dramas. The image was Instagram gold and felt like a visual tribute to K-pop's global appeal with the serene waves in the background.

But perhaps the true highlight of her South Korean adventure was Hina’s emotional tribute to the hit K-drama Goblin (Guardian: The Lonely and Great God). Fans of the series will immediately recognise the iconic snowy scene between Kim Shin (played by Gong Yoo) and his destined bride.

Nearly frame-for-frame, Hina and Rocky stood in the same spot, echoing the scene's intense emotion. The recreation, which was shot in Jumunjin, Gangwon-do, the exact location where the drama was filmed, masterfully combines fandom with a profound respect for culture.
