Being in the limelight comes with its own pros and cons. These days, actors are constantly judged for the decisions and choices they make. While sometimes they are appreciated and loved, there are times when they are immensely trolled.

Divyanka Tripathi has encountered massive trolling recently.

Laughter Chefs 2 Unlimited Entertainment is nearing its finale and recently, a lot of actresses made a special appearance on the show who have played leading ladies on television. While greeting everyone, Divyanka assumed Elvish Yadav to be Samarth Jurel on the stage. She shook hands with Elvish greeting him as 'Hi Samarth'. This left Aly Goni, Krushna Abhishek and the others in splits.

The Yeh Hai Mohabbatein quickly realised her mistake and apologized for the same. She humourously requested the part to be edited else Elvish's fans might troll her.

Now, what she said has turned out to be true as she is subjected to online abuse and brutal remarks by Elvish's fans.

Now Finally, Divyanka has put her foot down. She took to her social media handle to adress the same stating, “I want to thank genuine Elvish fans for being nice. True fans, first keep their idol’s respect in mind. Double thanks to the trollers for increasing my engagement.

My inner systumm automatically bounces back your foul language to you and your family. Karma! Those being nice shall always be blessed…says my core divinity!"

Elvish has often made headlines because of controversies.

In an earlier interaction with Pinkvilla, he had mentioned how things affect him and whether being under the limelight is a crime.
