Dipika Kakar trolled for quitting Celebrity Masterchef

Television actress Dipika Kakar who made her comeback with celebrityMasterchef recently made headlines for her surprising decision to leave the show midway through the season. Her supporters were left stunned and disheartened by the unexpected announcement.

In her YouTube vlogs, Dipika later explained that she had been battling severe shoulder pain, which made it impossible for her to continue competing on the show. However, a recent viral video of Dipika has left netizens in shock, with many mocking and criticising her for quitting the show.

Dipika, who is quite active on social media, shared that the shoulder injury had become so severe that she was unable to use her hand to cook, forcing her to step away from the competition. Interestingly, just after quitting, Dipika went on vacation with her husband. She further revealed that she had been on medication, but the pain persisted.

After some time, it was discovered that she had swollen lymph nodes, leading the Celebrity MasterChef production team to rush her to the hospital. Dipika explained the situation, saying, "Last week when the contestants were celebrating festivals, I started getting pain in my shoulder. Since the time I reached the sets, I started getting shoulder pain and the production people took me to the hospital."

Despite her explanation, social media users were quick to recall a past incident on Bigg Boss, where a contestant commented on Dipika's cooking skills.

One user recalled, "During Bigg Boss, one of the contestants said ki Dipika kacha kacha khana banati he magar kisi aur ko banane nahi deti wo kisi aur contestant ke liye bol rha tha ki wo acha khana banati he magar Dipika kisi ko kitchen m aane nehi deti."

Another user added, "I guess she quit the performance due to their one-month festival. And now that she's earning so much from her vlog, will she handle the pressures of a show? TV is history for her now."

Another mentioned, "Dipika always finds an excuse to not do anything. Hands do not hurt while cooking at home, but they do in competition"
