Diljit Dosanjh urges youth to take up yoga for balance in life, says: 'Mujhe jitni tension roz aati hai main bata bhi nahi sakta aapko'

Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh, who has become a rage not only in India but across the globe, took out a few minutes during his jam-packed concert in Pune and talked about ways to tackle pressure and tensions in life.

Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh, who has become a rage not only in India but across the globe, took out a few minutes during his jam-packed concert in Pune and talked about ways to tackle pressure and tensions in life.

During the conversation, he addressed the youngsters in the crowd and asked them to start doing yoga. He spoke about how yoga can speed up many processes in life and it can actually align your life.

He said though he is not any baba who has come to preach them, he feels that if people, especially the youth, start doing yoga.

Diljit further said that yoga isn't just any stretching or exercise; it's a journey.

Diljit himself posted this clip on Tuesday from his Pune concert where he is seen talking to the audience and can be heard saying "if a person does yoga, then whatever they are doing in life, its speed will double up because everything will align due to yoga.'

He then said though problems wont vanish in a second and also talked about tensions in his life.

"Musibate toh ayengi, tension toh ayengi life mein. Mere ko jitni tension roz aati hai main bata bhi nahi sakta aapko kya kya tension aati hai roz. Toh jitna bada kaam utni badi tension," he said and also urged the youth to start doing yoga.

His fans took to the comment section and praised the singer.

Diljit is currently in India on his Dil-Luminati tour. He has covered cities like Delhi, Jaipur, Pune till now.

His tour will now head to Kolkata (November 30), followed by Bengaluru (December 6), Indore (December 8), Chandigarh (December 14), and Guwahati (December 29).
