Sources close to the project have exclusively revealed that Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh has decided to step away from No Entry 2. This development comes as a surprise to many, given the initial excitement surrounding the collaboration between Dosanjh and the other lead actors, Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor.
According to our source, Diljit was initially enthusiastic about joining the No Entry universe alongside Dhawan and Kapoor. However, as the project progressed, creative differences began to emerge between the actor and the film's team. Ultimately, these differences proved irreconcilable, leading to Diljit's decision to exit the highly anticipated sequel.
"Diljit was very excited to collaborate with Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor," the source disclosed. "But over the last few weeks, he couldn't align with the film's creative ideas. That's why he's decided to leave the project because of creative differences."
No Entry 2 has been in development for several years, facing numerous hurdles along the way. The original film, starring Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, and Fardeen Khan, was a massive box office success, and expectations for the sequel are understandably high. The departure of a prominent actor like Diljit Dosanjh will undoubtedly have an impact on the film's production schedule and release plans, which were initially slated for later in 2025.

The filmmakers now face the crucial task of finding a suitable replacement for Diljit. The casting of this third lead role will be keenly watched by fans and industry insiders alike. It remains to be seen who will step into the shoes previously intended for the popular Punjabi actor and singer.
Adding another layer of intrigue to the project is the reported inclusion of actress Tamannaah Bhatia in the cast. Sources suggest that Tamannaah's character in No Entry 2 will draw parallels to Bipasha Basu's role in the original film. However, official confirmation regarding Tamannaah's casting and the specifics of her character are still awaited.
Tamannaah's potential involvement has generated further buzz around No Entry 2. Her addition, coupled with the existing star power of Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor, promised a potentially entertaining cinematic experience. However, Diljit's exit has now cast a shadow of uncertainty over the project's immediate future.
While the No Entry 2 team grapples with this unexpected casting change, Diljit Dosanjh has been making waves elsewhere. His recent debut at the prestigious Met Gala garnered significant attention, with his interactions and photographs with international celebrities like Shakira going viral across social media platforms.
For now, the focus shifts to who will replace Diljit Dosanjh in No Entry 2 and how this development will affect the film's production timeline. Fans will be hoping that the casting issues are resolved swiftly, allowing the much-awaited sequel to get back on track and deliver the comedic entertainment it promises. The coming weeks will likely reveal more about the new casting and the revised plans for No Entry 2.
