Upon arriving, Chris Martin warmly greeted the paparazzi with a cheerful 'namaste,' flashing a smile and waving at fans who gathered to welcome him. He appeared in high spirits, clearly appreciative of the warm reception.
After taking a few moments to acknowledge the crowd, Chris and Dakota Johnson made their way out of the airport, walking hand-in-hand as they headed to their next destination in the bustling city. Their arrival added to the growing excitement surrounding Coldplay's highly anticipated performances in India.
Coldplay is scheduled to perform at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai on January 18, 19, and 21. The three-day concert series is expected to attract an audience of approximately 70,000 fans.
To enhance the concert experience for attendees, BookMyShow Live, in partnership with Indian Railways, has arranged special local train services. Moreover, Navi Mumbai traffic authorities have put in place measures to manage traffic during the event. On concert days, the movement of heavy vehicles in Mumbai will be restricted from 2:00 pm to 12:00 am, except for those carrying essential goods, emergency services, or government vehicles. These efforts aim to ensure smooth travel for concertgoers while minimizing disruptions in the city.
Coldplay will wrap up their India tour with two performances at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on January 25 and 26.
These shows mark Coldplay's long-awaited return to India, following their unforgettable performance at the 2016 Global Citizen Festival, making the upcoming concerts even more highly anticipated.
